About the library
The college library is fully automated using the national BIBSYS library system.
As participant in the international library network, we offer an extensive range of services to our customers.

Loan services and the library facilities are open to the general public. Interlibrary loans (ILL services) are only available for staff and students.
Registered customers can make online loan requests through the BIBSYS library system BIBSYS Ask
Students on campus must collect items at the library desk. Students off campus receive their items through postal delivery.
Items can be renewed through the BIBSYS library system (My page), by responding to e-mail overdue messages, or by contacting the library desk.
ILL services - Interlibrary Lending
For local customers
Interlibrary lending and document supply service provides customers of the Nesna College Library with information material not held locally, by ordering loans and photocopies from other libraries.
Interlibrary loan requests are made online through our library catalogue BIBSYS Ask, through e-mail or at the library desk.
The service is free of charge for students and staff at Nesna College.
Interlibrary loan service (ILL) to libraries
Libraries can send interlibrary loan/photocopy orders to Nesna College Library by e-mail. Please check holdings in our library catalogue BIBSYS Ask before ordering. Libraries with a BIBSYS patron ID can use the online ordering option available through BIBSYS Ask.
Nesna University College Library is a member of the Nordic NORFRI network and delivers ILL services free of charge to NORFRI member libraries and all other libraries.
